Baseline Auditing Services
Conexus offers on site process and system auditing. Working with the customers we help define a target pool of related inventory and pre-load that information into our auditing software. Next, we go on site and take daily inventories of the target items. This allows us to capture a base line of the asset flow (cycle) and type of use (utility).
Analysis of the audit information, along with other key indicators, go into our recommendations on process, inventory and staging. Knowing exactly how the current system is performing sets the stage for defining the right system.
Fees for baseline auditing are dependent on the number of days on site and the number of items audited.
Design & Integration Services
Conexus offers on site consultation to help you develop a dedicated asset management culture. Building on the information gained from our baseline audit, we can help you scope your requirements, evaluated the best-fit technology (hardware and software) and help integrate and train your participating staff.
Our fees can be based on a number of formats including; time and material, firm fixed, or percent of improvement. Please contact us for additional information.

For thirty days, department-by-department, we moved throughout their facilities, analyzing the movement and utility of their portable inventory. This produced a very accurate "point in time" picture of how well their current system was serving them. Our summary analysis included a detailed list of...lost, miss-located, and under-utilized items along with other related ROI indicators.
After a close review of our recommendations they hired us to help implement a set of technologies and protocols that best fit their unique situation. The system helped reduced lost items by 25% and saved another 25% off the cost of operation on the pool of assets being tracked.
